Description and Purpose: This is an in-depth study of the epistle of First Timothy with emphasis on practical application. Attention will be given to the book’s background, authorship, date and content. Students will gain knowledge about God’s instructions to preachers, about prayer, the role of women, the qualifications of elders and deacons, proper treatment of various categories of people, the importance of the right example and more.
