Who is the Antichrist?
Synopsis: It is commonly believed that in the near future Christ will secretly come to call away his followers to heaven, while the rest of the world will be 'left behind.' During the ensuing Tribulation, a world ruler identified as the Antichrist will gain power and enthrone himself in the rebuilt temple in Jerusalem. This teaching is part of a larger doctrine known as Premillennialism.
