Do You Need Some Encouragement?
Russell Haffner

I hope this message finds you well and enthusiastic in your studies. It is a privilege to be part of a learning community that is dedicated to growing in understanding, wisdom, and faith through the study of the Scriptures.

As you continue your journey, remember that studying the Bible is not simply an academic exercise—it is a transformative experience. Each passage you read offers an opportunity not only to gain knowledge, but to deepen your faithfulness to God and to reflect His truth in your daily life. Take time to meditate on what you learn, and allow it to shape your thoughts, actions, and interactions with others.

Online learning comes with unique challenges, including managing time, staying motivated, and maintaining focus. Be intentional about setting aside regular time for your studies, creating a quiet space for reflection, and engaging actively with the material. Even though you may be studying remotely, you are not alone—there are over 250,000 fellow students who have joined you in this study.

Stay curious, seek God's truth and remain open to growth. Whether you are just beginning or continuing your studies, your commitment matters. Small, consistent steps in learning and faith can lead to a meaningful and lasting transformation of your life.

Thank you for your dedication and perseverance. May your studies be fruitful, and may you continue to grow in both knowledge and understanding.

The "Mark Complete" Button

If you have already watched several lessons you may have noticed the “Mark Complete” button located below each video. This feature helps you to track your progress as you view the videos. We encourage you to always click this button when you finish viewing a lesson. The marking of lessons serves as a guide for your own information to mark your place in the study. Even if the lesson is marked complete you can return to watch it again as many times as you want.

For additional information please see the Help Center (https://school.wvbs.org/about/help/) at the school website. In the Help Center (https://school.wvbs.org/about/help/) you will find an article which will walk you through the necessary steps to track your progress by marking each lesson complete. It is titled: How-to: "Mark Complete" Lessons (https://school.wvbs.org/about/help/mark-complete-lessons/).
