Starting in the new year we are implementing some exciting new improvements in the school to make the learning experience more fitted to the needs of the students. Informal students will no longer be required to submit term paper assignments. If you are a Formal or Informal student you will still be issued a certificate of completion for each course you successfully complete. After successfully completing all required courses, Informal students will earn an Associate Diploma, and Formal students will earn an Advanced Studies Diploma. These changes are designed to benefit the students and improve the school.
There are three levels of enrollment in the school.
What can we conclude from these verses? There is only one essence of God (Deity), but there are three Persons within that essence. The Godhead means three distinct Persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit in one distinct God.
- Auditing Level: FREE
- Informal Level: FREE
- Formal Level: FREE
Auditing Students have complete online access to all course video lessons and course notes. They are allowed to take the courses in any order they desire. They are not required to follow the designated course schedule. They do not take exams or submit course assignments. Auditing Students do not receive certificates or a diploma.
Informal Students have complete online access to all course video lessons and they have free online viewing access to all course notes and exams. Their assignments include viewing all video lessons and taking course exams. They are not required to submit term papers. They are allowed to take the courses in any order they desire. Informal Students receive a certificate of completion for each finished course and an Associate Diploma when they successfully complete all required courses.
Formal Students have the same requirements for each course as the Informal Students, but they are also required to submit term papers for each course and they must follow the designated course schedule. The course schedule is designed to make their progression through the Bible easier. Formal Students are issued a certificate of completion when they finish all course requirements and they receive an Advanced Studies Diploma when they have successfully completed all required courses.
Your current student enrollment status can easily be changed to the level of study you desire. When students create their account, they are automatically enrolled at the Auditing level. However, if you are currently an Informal Student and want to do term paper assignments to become a Formal Student and earn the Advanced Diploma you will need to click on the ENROLLMENT tab which is on the blue menu bar at the school website. When you have reached the enrollment page please select the Formal Student Registration button. This will provide you with the form to fill out to change your status to Formal Student. If you are currently a Formal Student and no longer want to do term paper assignments you can simply send us an email using the Contact Us option and we will make the change to your account.
These improvements to the enrollment classifications will be of great benefit to the students. You can now more easily customize your learning experience. Our goal is to always improve the school for your benefit.
If you have already watched several lessons you may have noticed the “Mark Complete” button located below each video. This feature helps you to track your progress as you view the videos. We encourage you to always click this button when you finish viewing a lesson. The marking of lessons serves as a guide for your own information to mark your place in the study. Even if the lesson is marked complete you can return to watch it again as many times as you want.
For additional information please see the Help Center (https://school.wvbs.org/about/help/) at the school website. In the Help Center (https://school.wvbs.org/about/help/) you will find an article which will walk you through the necessary steps to track your progress by marking each lesson complete. It is titled: How-to: "Mark Complete" Lessons (https://school.wvbs.org/about/help/mark-complete-lessons/).
